    Hello everybody,
    another frustrating problem.
Since I was able to install the update without any problems
    2023-11-04_17-22-04.jpg
no film was played on the NEC-Doremi duo.
It is our fallback for the Christie-IMS3000 system.
Today I wanted to do a test run before replacing the batteries in the NEC and the 2k4.
But puff cake, as they say here.

Everything is green, but the Doremi doesn't want to play the film.

    Have I overlooked something?

        Dolby found the solution.
I still had the Christie active in the device list. At that time I tested the commands of the new Christie via the 2K4.
The Christie was of course now also queried from the 2K4 in the attempt to play DCI encrypted content.
        Of course that failed.
Since the deactivation of the Christie in the Device Manager, everything has been going perfectly again.

As far as I remember, far into the 2030s. You can check it out yourself by pasting your media block certificate into:

              Hello,
I have finally gotten around to updating and have encountered a problem. Dolby sent me 2 SW versions, 30 and 52, recommending upgrade to 30 and then 52. 30 went fine, but 52 now says recursive error on bootup during the update process. Does it want me to power off from the front and restart?
