Do you need the touchpanel Commander or a PC version? (WIN, Mac or Linux)

If the ICMP software version is too high or too low, the first upgrade fails and the second upgrade succeeds.

True. You get a red x but maybe nothing in the logs. Restart the install and get the green check at finish.
