The BFI had an issue today when the early afternoon IMAX screening of "Your Name" - a Japanese anime film - ran without subtitles. They weren't able to rectify it for that screening so had to give out refunds, but it was fixed for the evening showing. I'm surprised at the BFI getting this wrong - or at least not realising this before the screening.
