  • Requesting the latest firmware versions for all Barco

As indicated in the subject line, I require the latest firmware versions for all mentioned Barco products (S2, S4, ICMP, TPC). However, after registering an official Barco account, I couldn't locate the download section for these firmware files.

    Could you please:
I'd greatly appreciate any assistance from the support team or fellow community members who might have access to these resources.
    1. Direct me to the proper download portal, or
    2. Share the files directly if available?

If you have a login for my.barco (www.barco.com/en/mybarco) then go to "my products" which is likely empty, and search for each model you are interested in. Check the box in the popup. Then the product page will show tiles of the ones you picked.
You may have to click "include end of life products".
Under each image is a few choices, pick "Support". Then "Drivers and Software".

The "en" is for English but there is probably a version for your language is English doesn't work for you.

There may be different access levels for end customers vs dealer techs, but I get the software etc. there. If you don't see that choice you must have limited access.

I don't have permission to download.

You should contact Barco customer support and ask them. See if they have any requirements, such as attending a training class, etc. Some manufacturers do require this....

To add to what Mark said, the main reason manufacturers are tight about allowing access to software and especially firmware updates to just anybody is because if you don't know what you are doing, you can easily brick your projector or server, sometimes to the point of having to replace some very expensive cards. Best to contact your nearest Barco authorized service provider to handle any updates you need. The cost of that tech call will be far cheaper than you making a mistake and bricking the hardware.
