My training on the S4 was JUST before C19 hit and we were told that they ARE field changeable. In fact, they made light out of if one is changing a red laser bank, to free up the Peltier, you put it into service mode which runs the lasers at 100% to heat up the adhesive to make it easier...but if the laser is failing, heating it up will also be compromised. In any event, there is a red Peltier service part Z3403774K.
