Depends on the version used to create the DCP, and, as always, the knowledge of the operator. We can only speculate if no one looks at that DCP to verify. I have seen 60fps DCPs created from Youtube videos that underwent proper X'Y'Z' conversion that were shown with false colors on classic Doremis in Auto 3D, and I have seen DCPs where the operator had disabled color conversion, or used content that was assumed to be in X'Y'Z', but wasn't.
On a fresh installation or with reset prefs, DCP-o-matic will do everything right by default for standard 16:9 SD or HD content. All the user has to do is load the content and hit 'Create DCP'.
