Materialists is the first chick flick that's come around in quite a while.
And it's not bad, as this sort of movie goes. There's a rich guy and a poor guy, both of them in love with the lady, and she has to choose between them.
Just based on that description you can pretty much tell how the movie ends, but the way it gets there is pretty entertaining.
I'm not a huge fan of chick flicks but this one is better than average.
No shooting and explosions here, of course.
While dozing through the credits I saw three stunt people named. And I'm thinking, what stunts?
I'm pretty sure I'll be seeing the usual old lady gang coming in the door to see this at some point next week and I'm pretty sure they'll all love it.
