Reclining Seats

I am hoping to get some feedback on reclining theater seats.
With slow to no attendance it seems like a good time to do some renovations on the theater and we are looking at upgrading our seats. With any luck, some forgivable loans might become available to help cover the cost. Has anyone changed their seats to the new recliners and do you have any advice you can share?
What company do you recommend?
