Hi Peter - I would recommend you re-post this in a dedicated "new topic". I can then delete it from this thread. With the discussion on indoor lighting and your question being for outdoor lighting, I am afraid it will get overlooked OR make this discussion on indoor lighting confusing to people if both are discussed.
It would also be good if you can post a couple of photos before the storm and explain what lights are for what, which ones need to dim, etc.
