Movie titles and confused phone calls

The folks who select the movie titles never spare a thought for the schnook who's answering the phone.

In 2009, I spent a week having many conversations like this:

"What's playing this week?"
"It's Complicated."
"Oh. Well, can you just tell me the title?"

Now there's another one coming up.

"Can you tell me what's playing this week?"
"Nope."
"Don't you know?"

or....

"What's playing this week?"
"Nope."
"You're closed?"
