Hello everyone,
Lately Our Quvis server started acting weird where by the KDM keyof one of the movies that was ingested in it got finnished then when we ingested the next KDM key it wasnt effective and was displaying a message" no sound asset".
and this problem affected other 4 movies that were loaded in the same server.
we tried removing and ingesting all the movies again but they problem was still there.
Now the server is accepting to play movies that where never ingested in it before and when their KDM key finnishes the movie also gets corrupted with the same message.

Any recommendations.

Sincere regards.

Just to be sure, you mean the 'old' Quvis Servers/hardware players, not their more recent software player for Mac?

The old Quvis servers, or players as you may call them, are not used much anymore I would think and I would assume due to the lack of software support will have more and more trouble with current DCPs and KDMs. You should think about buying a new server.

Ah, I see you already heard that in this thread:

Is there still software support for this server, were you able to contact them?
