Joe, I drive a truck. Doesn't mean I like it!

I am very much into cars.

Recent events would suggest that you're not driving it enough then.

Ford Ranger pickup

(I live in Montana where it's required by law to own at least one pickup and preferably several)

1983 Audi Sport Quattro

This car owns me. Financially that is. Worst decision of my life but I couldn't be happier. A 92' Audi 100S for my daily driver, and an 87' Audi Coupe GT as the project. German engineering ya.

I had an opportunity to get one of those once, but went with an '84 Scirocco instead. That car was awesome.

Now...'08 Nissan Rogue. You're bored hearing about it already.

2001 Honda Civic which is apparently the WORST Honda ever made. Bought used at about 45k miles, now about 80k and I've had to replace front struts, transmission, some electronic sensor in the engine, catalytic converter ruined by the electronic sensor failure and will have to get the drivers side window motor fixed soon. Also a windshield, but not Honda's fault.

So much for doing all the proper research before buying a car [uhoh]

2001 Mazda 626.

I change the filters regularly and put new spark plugs in it every couple of years. Had the brake pads replaced once. Other than that, it's been 120K miles with virtually nothing except gas, tires and oil.

The clutch master cylinder is getting weak and I'll have to replace that soon. That is the only real repair this car has ever needed. That's probably because I'm rough on the clutch.

2010 Volkswagen Jetta Wolfsburg. This Jetta has the 2.0L turbo engine and a DSG transmission. Essentially, it's a Golf GTI with 4 doors and a real backseat.

I love all 200 of its horses.
