We need a bit more info to give you what you need so if you can throw up any additional requirements that would help.

Here are a few items that MAY be what you're after.

The Motorola KSN-1016a goes from 3.3kHz to 40kHz and is a panel mount rectangular integral horn-driver.

The Motorola KSN 1188 threaded driver has a response 0.8kHz-30 kHz and screws into standard threaded horn throats.

Advantages with piezo drivers?...They (usually) require no crossover bar a limiting resistor and have high power handling.
They are usually cheap as, too.
Negatives...usually sound naff and can be harsh at high power.

Google these and see if they are what you're after.

Cheers
Ian

Ian's suggestions are spot on.

But this begs the question: Why? Are you trying to piss off every dog in the neighborhood?
