I was watching some old 'banned' cartoons on Youtube; that led me to old cigarette adverts, including this one:

Quite interesting to see today, but to people here the second advert in the clip may be more interesting.

All the cigarette brands promoted the health benefits of smoking, until the government cracked down in the late 1960's.

As too the Remco Movieland Drive-in Theatre toy, I still have mine. The commercial is misleading, it did not project actual moving images, only custom film strip slides of the various titles.

I still have a few of these (16mm) ciggie spots rotting away in a pile of old commercials somewhere in my basement.

It never says it projects moving images, in fact the narration mentions "still" images.
