He is having computer problems. Phil Hill just spoke to him a couple of days ago to check up on him.

I usually yak with Bob on the phone a couple times a month.

Yes, Bob is alive and doing OK...I yakked wit' him a week ago. He's had bigtime computer problems. I talked with his wife yesterday and she said Bob was out on an errand and she thinks he got his computer fixed last week.

Hopefully that old buzzard will be back on FT soon.

Glad to hear he is okay. I was wondering why he had not posted in a while.

Phil, got your voice mail yet lost your number. E-mail me.

Bob just now called me and said he and his wife are at a convention in Chicago and due home this next Monday.

(Sorta reminds me of the Laurel and Hardy film - "Sons of the Desert")

He STILL hasn't got his computer fixed...I'm thinking of sending one of my old working ones that I no longer use... HA!

I have a beige G3 tower that needs a keyboard, mouse, and monitor.

It might also need a modern OS to surf the web though...don't think Firefox will even run on the classic OS.

It won't even run on 10.3, not the current Firefox, anyway.
