He was found dead today of an apparent drug related overdose.

DJ AM and Travis Barker (former drummer of Blink 182) were the only survivors of a plane crash last September.

What are the chances of this type of incident happening on the day that "The Final Destination" opens? You know - the movie about people who live through a horrible event - only to find out they weren't really supposed to live through it - so death comes looking for them.

Creepy as Hell..

Well it was a drug overdose by his own doing, so it's not really creepy. But sad nonetheless because of what he went through (also they're saying his gf broke up with him the week before)

Seems to be a lot of DJs these days, while most broadcast stations are lucky if they employ one.

He was a Club / Celeb DJ. Playing all the cool "it" scenes with all the hollywood elite. For years he was engaged to Nicole Ritchie and at one point I recall that he lost well over 100lbs.

I wouldn't have recognized him on the street or listening to the radio / mixing at a club, this is just some of the stuff I remember hearing about him.

Anyway too bad another young person turned to D & A and it ended up costing him his life.
