Most of you know that I was a Century Theatres employee and left that company over six years ago under less than amicable conditions. I have not had any business dealings with that company since leaving their employment.

Anyhow, I was recently shocked and pleasantly suprised by Cinemark!! Although I know nothing about this company, I was recently impressed by their business integrity and ethics.

Since their acquisitation of Century Theatres, Cinemark has apparently been reviewing they Syufy brothers/Century Theatres books and making good on their debts.

More than six years after the fact, Cinemark voluntarily contacted me (w/o my solicitation) and made good on $$ owed.

From what I gather, I am not the only person that they are making good on.

Regards

Now if they can just design their new theaters better (such as not having a film projector positioned in a very high place throwing its image at a severe down angle and off center). See the old Snakes on a Plane review I wrote after a visit to a screen at one of Cinemark's flagship locations in Colorado Springs.
