Yep, I made the big jump from renting to owning a couple of weeks ago. I'm still in the process of unpacking all of my junk - and some if it really is junk, and last Sunday I cut my grass for the first time. All things considered, I'm very happy with it.

I'd like to turn the basement into a screening room, but that's going to be a little tricky because of how it's laid out. We'll see how that goes. My commute to work is a lot longer now, but that's ok. Getting up earlier sucks, but I don't mind the drive.

So, I'm a Delawarian now. There aren't a lot of movie theaters close to me. The Regal at People's Plaza is probably the closest for anyone who knows that area.

Thanks guys! Yeah, I'm looking forward to this. Someone is supposed to come over and tend to the gardens, but she hasn't made it over yet.

I told her if she doesn't come soon, I'm gonna mow it all down and plant grass there!

Congratulations! That's one nice house and you have one thing I wish I had that's just as rare in SoCal as a decent $150k house these days--a basement!

Remember...it's not just a home, it's a live-in project! [Smile] [thumbsup]
