Just got my badge over the weekend. One thing I'm planning on seeing is the NHK demo of ultra high definition video (UHDV - 7680x4320, 60fps, 16:9AR) in 3D with 22.2 channel sound. Previous 2D demos used an 18-minute test video that took up 3.5TB of storage served at 24Gb/s over 16 channels.

They're building the demo screening area on the main exhibit floor of the north hall of the LVCC. Just want to see how far they've come along with this and how far they think they are from fielding it. I imagine it's still years away from practical application.
