Hi All!

Here is an example of Tool and Fixture designing and building. This is a conception drawing. Designed using SolidEdge and designed for production use on HAAS 3-Axis Machining Centers.

Yours truly is the tool designer, with the SME tool and fixture designing book as a reference and using Carr-Lane tooling components.

The component being machined is a cast turbor charger housing...an actual project that is part of MECO at ASU-Polytechnic.

Computer lab is now closing, so I need to continue this post later and explain how things work.
