Author Topic: Firefox keywords and Film-Tech Dan Chilton Expert Film Handler Posts: 191 From: Springfield, MO Registered: Mar 2004 posted 02-23-2006 08:33 PM                        This would probably fit better under a "site suggestions" forum, but since there isn't one, I'll have to put it here. I'm not sure if Brad or any of the other webmasters care to fix this, but here's the deal: I use Firefox (the site looks great, by the way), and I'm a huge proponent of the keyword search function, wherein you type a simple phrase, like "filmtech", followed by a search term and Firefox automatically utilizes that site's search form to perform the query. However, when I try this on FT, it brings up the search page WITHOUT a frame, causing the page to automatically default to the forum index. As I'm constantly searching the forum for feature and trailer info, I was wondering if there was anyway to fix this. If not, I'll shut up. Granted, it's about the same as FireFox (coming from Mozilla), but has it's own special things that Firefox doesn't have. ..and even Opera? Big thing about the Mozilla browers that they have that tab where you can have these browers operate like IE in the rendering engine. I have Netscape set as FireFox.
