Too bad this post wasn't placed up a day before Valentines Day.

The other day it was an interesting mix of Formula 409 and Film-Guard. That 409 is definitely a lingering aroma.

OIL ! from wiping the "runny noses" of SIMPLEX XL machines. Dang machines seems to always have a cold or something with that bad NASAL DRIP these machines like to have. (LOL)

Hey, the old carbon arc users here: Remember the odor that carbon arc soot would smell when you're brushing out the lamphouses each day after closing?

My hands currently smell like dark chocolate. One of the ladies in our office filled up the candy jar.

I learned at a very early age to beware of anyone (especially other kids at that time) who say, "oooh, smell my hands!"
[puke]

The sickest smelly hands comment I've heard:
Back in high school, our family had two Basset Hound dogs. They droll. It drips into in their wrinkly necks and dries there. We were out in the front yard with the dogs. This 9 year old girl in the neighborhood comes by and pets the dogs. She pet and massaged one of them on the neck. My dad says, "yeah they really love it when you pet them on the neck, but wash your hands afterward." The girl smelled her hand and said loudly, "eww, it smells like my mommy's panties!"

Yeah. That comment is disturbing. It raises questions. My parents (and my Uncle John who was visiting) were speechless. And the girl's mother was across the street in earshot. Damn!

Goobers

For some odd reason, the campus dining facilities here at Pitt started selling movie candy. The shitty part it, a 3.5 oz box is $2!!! That's nearly theatre prices. I just buy them b/c we have "meal blocks" valued at $5.25. If my total price comes to say $8, I'd rather use two blocks ($10.50) as opposed to one block and spare "dining dollars." The box of Goobers helps me get there. Our dining services are run by Sodexho and they make no sense whatsoever. The whole block/dining dollar idea is bullshit. Confusing and bullshit.

When I have a bad day at work I come home smelling like it.
