Kind of makes me wonder who would win between a Ninja and a Jedi or Predator.

Joe,

Don't you know that Star Wars can never end? We need to have Episode 3, the enhanced episode 1, the enhanced episode 2 THEN we need to re-do episode 4 with better special effects, then redo Jedi with lots of little Jar-Jars instead of Ewoks, then we must put a happy ending on Empire, then (etc., etc., etc.)

The George Lucas Money Machine MUST continue. Perhaps someday, we'll have elderly geeks in wheelchairs and walkers lined up for days ahead of time to see the newest adaptation.

The Problem I have with Star Wars is that the robots/aliens/any kind of character looks like something I would see in a kids book. Too soft, too colorful, and even lucas' attempts at making things look evil or ugly still border on the aesthetic. I like the puppeteering better, and the dialogue KILLED episode 2. I would like to cling onto this fantasy world but lets face it, next to LoTR and Kill Bill this is joke family films. If I wanted to see all those pretty flashing lights I go to an arcade.

JK. I love star wars always will.

The trailer has a few good ideas. I like "The Lost Hope". Killing Jar-Jar Binks slowly would be a good idea too. No, I am serious here, Lucas should show some self-irony here and have him killed. After all, this is supposed to be a "dark" episode. There could actually be a confrontation between Vader and the princess. There is enormous potential in that, it could be his last chance of redemption even after becoming Vader. Of course we all know that it won't help him much, but this could still yield some powereful scenes. But I am almost certain this won't happen, I can't explain why I have that feeling... [Big Grin]

Man... when they say the camera adds 10 lbs.(more like 30 lbs in this trailer) they REALLY meant it. Even Jar Jar is looking "flabby". But I'd still watch "this" movie rather than what Lucas is conjuring up. [Big Grin] [Razz]
