Tony Randall has died in New York at 84.
My favorite Randall film was 7 Faces of Dr. Loa. Just saw it recently on TCM and it's still one of my favorites.
Met him several years ago while working in radio in Oregon. He was campaigning for George McGovern during the primary. Quite a character. He answered alot of my questions by quoting Shakespeare. which made for a very interesting interview.
Will miss FU.

I always liked his roles in those Doris Day comedies of the 1960's. I really liked The Odd Couple in the late 60's-early 70's.

I didn't realize that he was 84. He seemed younger to me.

I really liked him in the Doris Day/Rock Hudson films... a riot and treasures! GREAT!

But, Jack Lemmon will *ALWAYS* be FU to me!

Yes he did have class. He was one of a kind. It's our loss and Heaven's gain.
