And they apparently want John Carpenter back too...

Rumors are flying that Dimension Films wants to remake Halloween, complete with bringing back director John Carpenter. New Line recently remade The Texas Chainsaw Massacre.

Just goes to show you that Hollywood is out of ideas.
What in the world do they hope to achieve with a remake and with the same director? Make it better than before by using CGI I guess.
