Fully aware,
A) -That I, several months ago, purely un-premeditated happened to hurt Claude Ayakawa, mainly due to my missing knowledge to Japanese culture AND American slang...
B) -That another tread have already been closed, not to hurt anyone in a matter, which could look a bit like that long burried disagreement between Claude and myself...

....I would like to point out, that I do not believe, any of the members of this forum joined up to hurt anyone in any way !

After this earlier mishap, Claude and I became the best of friends (as good that a friendship, based on internet-correspondance only can get), due to the interests, we share.
Even if this contact can still excist in e-mails, I don't want Claude to leave Film-Tech, where I consider him a most competent and well-informed debater with great lust to share his knowledge with others. I believe, many other members share this view.
Let us do like Oddball (Kelly's Heroes) Make pretty pictures - not war, and let us all stay together, concentrating on what life is all about: Making (film-based) cinema experience's better !

As usual, written with the dictionary in hand, sincerely hoping to make my point clear in a language I don't master very well, without stepping on no-one's toes !

[thumbsup]

Just as an FYI, no one has been removed from the forums from an administrative end and I still think there is miscommunication at hand. I don't think any harm was intended by anyone involved, but I am going to close this thread as there is no reason to escalate anything with potentially more confusion. Those involved are welcome to participate at any time and this has been made clear to them. They need to sort out any misunderstandings between themselves off-site. It is not a public issue.
