But not because of the god awful From Justin to Kelly Movie...

Last Satuday, former American Idol runner up Justin Guarini was riding a water craft in Texas when he nearly struck a 5 year old girl.

Guarini was with Kelly Clarkson and several other friends when the incident occurred. He came up on shore after a trip in the water and came dangerously close to the little girl, although he didn't actually hit her.

If convicted of the charge of unsafe boat operation, Guarini could be looking at a maximum of 180 days in jail and a fine of up to $2,000.

I think that the producers and anyone that watches that stupid show should be committed to spend jail time with him.
[Roll Eyes] . There is too much stuff on the tube these days to waste away your time watching!

I know in Charleston you are not allowed to operate a power motor craft with in 100 yards of swimmers, this goes for wave runners also. Not sure what the fine is, but I'm sure it is steep.

Maybe if we are lucky his hair will get stuck in a propeller.

If Justin does wind up in jail, there might be a fellow prisoner or two who might want to alter the pitch of Justin's singing voice [evil] He better bring soap on a rope.

I had one of my employee's, a female, watch this POS 4 times including the 1:00 a.m. sneak. She also watched Alex and Emma either immediately before or after watching from Justin to Kelly. Talk about no life.
