THE WAIT IS NOW OVER!!!! [Roll Eyes]

The first trailer for Freddy vs. Jason will be attached to most copies of The Matrix Reloaded which opens May 15th. The official movie poster for the film will also be released around that time.

Freddy vs. Jason is due out August 15th.

Hmmm from the info I recieved, Freddy vs. Jason is just being enclosed in the can and the attached trailer will be the Tom Cruise Samurai film.

The trailer would likely not be attached on US/Canada prints. Freddy vs. Jason is a New Line title; The Matrix Reloaded is from WB/Village Roadshow.

Charles -- Would it matter since they're both AOL/Time Warner companies anyway?

Since almost all of the movie studios are owned by roughly three companies, does anyone see inter-studio trailer attatchments becoming a reality soon?

I've seen it with Dreamworks release before. Dreamworks release so few movies sometimtes they don't have any trailers to attach to their films. Last time I remember this happening was with Evolution, which had American Pie 2 attached to it.
