Author Topic: You have got to see this..but how? Michael Schaffer "Where is the Boardwalk Hotel?" Posts: 4143 From: Boston, MA Registered: Apr 2002 posted 09-15-2002 05:28 PM                        I have an absolutely breathtaking picture which I would like to post here - but it is integrated in a Word file and I do not know how to isolate it as .bmp or .jpg so that I can post it here. So, how is it done? Michael  |  IP: Logged Stephen Furley Film God Posts: 3059 From: Coulsdon, Croydon, England Registered: May 2002 posted 09-15-2002 05:39 PM                     Open the document in Word, select the picture, Edit|copy, open whatever imaging software you have, create a new blank image, and then edit|paste to insert the image, then save as a jpeg file. Microsoft paint will allow you to paste an image, and save as a jpeg, but I'm not sure if it can re-size an image; you may need something more sophisticated if you need to do that.  |  IP: Logged Brad Miller Administrator Posts: 17775 From: Plano, TX (36.2 miles NW of Rockwall) Registered: May 99 posted 09-15-2002 05:47 PM                     An easier way to do it is just to open the Word document. Then press the PRINT SCREEN button. Now open Paint and click CTRL/V. Save as jpg.
