It kinda sucks leaving my job at the theatre that I love back home, but I really think I'll like it here. Are all the theatres in the area Union, or or is it just the one that I went to?

During college (1967-1970),I worked at the Grandview Drive-In in Angola, about 20 miles south of Buffalo along Lake Erie. Not IATSE at the time, although we had a good relationship with the Buffalo local, and filled in for them during holidays. (I installed a sound system for the union's screening room on Pearl Street in 1969). The Grandview is still in operation.

Where are you going to school in Buffalo?
