On 9/11 Spirit Airlines will not charge a dime for any of its flights. I think this is pretty cool and only re-inforces the strength of the good ole USA. http://www.cnn.com/2002/TRAVEL/NEWS/08/07/spirit.free.flights/index.html

Advance flight bookings for 9/11 are very low. Some airlines have already cancelled flights on that day, and some are reportedly considering doing free flights along with Spirit.

Today's radio news announced all Spirit Airlines free flights for
09/11/02 were fully booked within eight hours of announcement. Said to cost the company a half million (which sounds chesp to me for such a windfall of publicity.)

So, where do you want to go?

I am traveling before September 11th and I am traveling after September 11th. Unfortunatly I must be in town and working at my theatre on September 11th. Oh well.
