Did anyone hear about this: In an effort to reduce the visible scratches, the company that produced the DVD ran the picture through a electronic process to remove and clean up the image.

Unfortunately, it worked too well; Apparently, there is a scene where you see it raining outside, through a window. The rain was removed from the middle of the image on down. Those real die-hard Citizen Kane fans are insisting on a recall of the DVD.
