I just found out the tragic news that author Douglas Adams passed away on the 12th of this month from a sudden heart attack.

This is an absolute tragedy and I am totally heartbroken to have found this out. He was an extremely intelligent, hilarious, wonderful satirist with an unbelievably powerful imagination.

I spent many, many hours contemplating his work, which enriched my life a great deal and provided me with a completely absurd and beautiful perspective.

'Time is an illusion. Lunchtime doubly so.' - Douglas Adams.

RIP.

I'm really going to miss that man's wit.

John, if you're going to go Hitching again, you better know where your towel is.
