Does anyone know wether both Flavacol #2100 and #2500 exists, and what the difference is?

We used to buy smaller containers in germany which had a label 'original Flavacol #2100' on it. I recently ordered larger containers, and it has a more yellow color and is far more salty (while the previous labeled #2100 is orange). It's one of those 2lbs Tetra Packs, and the only type reference on it now is a '2500' printed on top.

2500 has no Yellow #5 or Yellow #6. Instead, it uses riboflavin for color.

Thanks Sarah. It also seems #2100 is a bulk package, while the #2500 I bought now is the 2lbs container. Again, the #2500 appears a lot more salty to me, however, I guess I need to prepare a full batch with both types to see if we need to tweak our existing recipe.

This had me curious so I looked at my own carton of Flavacol I have in my lobby in my home theater, and it says #2045. Interesting. Its a 32oz carton and I had ordered them off of Amazon.
