Hey Guys,

I am trying to put together a Christoper Nolan retrospective and need to find out who has the rights to Memento. It was originally distributed by Newmarket Films, but they don't seem to exist anymore. Anyone have any leads?

Thanks!

It looks like Columbia/TriStar (Sony) might have the rights in the US.

If Sony doesn't have it, try Exclusive Films (http://www.exclusivemedia.com/) which IMDB indicates is the name they are operating under these days. They may not have the rights, but they may know where they are.

Exclusive Films bought what remained of Newmarket Films back in 2009, and does own the rights to all Newmarket Films including Memento and, strangely enough, The Prestige.

I actually just booked the Prestige through Swank who handles all of Disney's rep bookings now.
