You can find the Koala Kare "Booster Buddy" here. Click on "Products" => "Seating" => "Booster Buddy".

Not sure what you mean by concession glasses. Are you referring to waxed paper or styrofoam cups?

You would probably talk to a film distributor about promotional disposables as they might be willing to pay for them if you are representing a large chain.

I am sure if you searched on www.alibaba.com or similar b2b websites you would get what you're looking for. A quick search I did found quite a few items you might like.
