Their first picture (I believe it's their first), Extraordinary Measures comes out January 22 with The Back Up Plan on 4/16/10.

CBS is owned by Viacom as is Paramount. I would think Paramount. I could be wrong...

If you're asking as to whether print logistics will be handled by DFS or Technicolor; then I would think DFS given the above post. I also wouldn't be a bit surprised if the prints came locked since Paramount likes to lock 'em up.

CBS is not owned by Viacom, they are separate, competing companies with an intense rivalry. The majority of shares in each are controlled by the same guy, Sumner Redstone, thru a company called National Amusements Holdings. CBS Films is actually intended to be a competitor to Paramount, who will have nothing to do with their distribution, as far as I know.

If you look over in Feature Info. you will find DFS is handling the film.

Does CBS Films still have the rights to MY FAIR LADY or did that revert back to Warner?
