Just an FYI for anyone who was slated to open Up In The Air on Chirstmas day, the studio moved it up to Wednesday today.

Why don't the studios just quit advertising movies to open "on Christmas day" and then change the date to the 23rd or whatever? Why not just slate the opening for the 23d and be done with it? The one-sheet printers have to love this idiocy.

I think they only moved it to that Wednesday because the Alvin and the Chipmunks people did the same.
