Author Topic: Removing cushion from Seating Concepts chairs Justin Hamaker Film God Posts: 2253 From: Lakeport, CA USA Registered: Jan 2004 posted 03-24-2009 07:25 PM                        I have a number of replacement seat covers, but I can't figure out how do remove the cushion from the seat pan. Anyone have any tips or tricks? I have one cushion in my store room so I can see that the cushion snaps into place, rather than being screwed or bolted. Sorry, but know nothing about Seating Concepts designs, but in a generic form along with removing holddown screws around the pan is to jam a screwdriver in the back of the pan, pry on the screwdriver and the seatframe should just pop out of the pan...  |  IP: Logged Mike Blakesley Film God Posts: 12767 From: Forsyth, Montana Registered: Jun 99 posted 03-24-2009 10:07 PM                        That's the way our SC seats worked -- use a large wide screwdriver, stick it in the front of the cushion and pry up. To put'em back in, slide the cushion into the back of the pan and push firmly down on the front.  |  IP: Logged
