At the moment I have just finished a feasibility study for a five cinema complex. I don't get to do them too often but there are probably 100 different ways to do them. And then again another 100 different ratios depending upon the size of the cinema.
I was wondering if anyone had heard of any standard rules to go by.
Wjere I am from (Australia)the Industry here uses the rent and outgoings as 15% of estimated turnover.
Our Film Hire is generally around 43%.
And Wages around 15-20%.(That's for say a 5 plex)

I was just wondering if anyone had any rules or differing ratios that they go by.
