Author Topic: Feasibility Study Sam Cat Film Handler Posts: 19 From: Brisbane, Qld, Australia Registered: Dec 2005 posted 06-28-2008 12:55 AM                        At the moment I have just finished a feasibility study for a five cinema complex. I don't get to do them too often but there are probably 100 different ways to do them. And then again another 100 different ratios depending upon the size of the cinema. I was wondering if anyone had heard of any standard rules to go by. Wjere I am from (Australia)the Industry here uses the rent and outgoings as 15% of estimated turnover. Our Film Hire is generally around 43%.
