Contact RTS for info. You need to use a custom ticket layout in order for it to work properly. There's an option within RTS to set up the ticket layot. I sure that RTS will be able to assist you. If not, E-mail me and give me the model of your printer and I'll se what I can do, but their current product support is pretty good. RTS tech support is awesome. Boca's customer service is worse than the airline industry. If I could take it back I would have bought a Practical. thanks for the help y'alls JG  |  IP: Logged
