any boxies out there ever successfully gotten a boca printer to work with an RTS POS system??? I would love to know how...

We use Boca VM printers on all of our ticketing machines. Contact RTS for info. You need to use a custom ticket layout in order for it to work properly. There's an option within RTS to set up the ticket layot.

I sure that RTS will be able to assist you. If not, E-mail me and give me the model of your printer and I'll se what I can do, but their current product support is pretty good. (Just don't ask them to make minor modifications to their current software)

OK finally got the boca working with the computer first and fore most and with RTS secondly. RTS tech support is awesome. Boca's customer service is worse than the airline industry. If I could take it back I would have bought a Practical.
