Author Topic: Blumenfeld Theatres Mike Croaro Master Film Handler Posts: 394 From: Millbrae, CA Registered: Apr 2005 posted 09-18-2007 11:05 PM                     Hi Folks: Does Blumenfeld Theatre still operate any theatres? The last two theatres that I knew of were the meridian 6 in San Jose and the Castro in San Francisco. Didn't they operate the Fairfield Cinema 1 in Fairfield, CA up until its closure in the late 90's? I need to contact Blumenfeld and see if they have photos or any sort of historical archives we could scan for Cinematour. Old Booth Pics for the warehouse here would be awesome. Also, they do not own the Castro property, it is owned and operated by whatever Nasser Brothers Theatres evolved into. Aaron, does Dave still have that cabinet in his barn that came out of one of the Regencys? I didn't think Blumenfeld operated any theatres anymore. I had searched the internet about the fairfield Cinema 1 and their name came up.
