Greetings all!

Let me start by saying that this site and forum have been a tremendous resource for our small (3 screen theatre). From time to time, we have problems that crop up and usually find the answer posted here.

That being said, we are looking for someone to come in to give our machines the "once over" and maybe even train us on some of the preventive maintenance or upkeep on our equipment. The projectors and sound systems are all starting to develop small problems and we're hoping to head off any major disasters.

Is there a service out there that does this sort of thing? We've tried to contacting a couple local groups, but are having a hard time getting a call back.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks all!

Who do you call when your equipment breaks down? He is your first line. If you have no one; you need to develop a relationship (parts/labor) with a dealer who can help you.

What you are requesting is the first obligation of any dealer or service organization. You should not waste your time or money on anyone who cannot help you professionally. Louis
