Hi all,

we are running Epsom TM-T88111 docket printers on our ticketing system , I need to alter our logo that is automatically printed on each ticket ,I have not had much luck trying to locate instructions on this , the book is useless. any assistance will be appreciated.

Hi, Phil.

I have no idea what you're running there, but I suspect your solution (and the logo) will be within your POS software, not the printer. If you're looking for a book, the one for your POS system is probably the one you want.

Actually, POS printers of that sort typically have the logo programmed directly into the printer. The company I work for has POS printers of a different brand and that is the case.

That's just a slip printer. If there's nothing in the manual your POS is more than likely handling the logo.
Ours work like that and if it's not that exact model it's one almost identical.
