Hi everyone,

At our theatre we have a Pratical Automation ITX2003 ticket printer. It's great, but I've been trying to figure out a way to print text on to it. Our RTS system had some built in drivers but I got the windows ones and it will print from any windows application now. However it only displays in about the center inch of the ticket, and the tickets are 2x3.5inch.

I don't know if anyone else has tried to do something like this but I am attempting to print promotional information on them in order to distribute to various merchants around town to be given out to publicize our summer series.

Any help would be loved. Thanks already.

Ryan,
You should call RTS and talk with Nicole or Rob about this.
The system has some function for customized printing. They'd be the ones to tell you how to go about it.

I hate to sound like I grouch but we've had nothing but trouble from Practical Automation printers. We switched to BOCA and, after the initial learning curve was over, all the troubles evaporated.
