The MobMov

This site organizes outdoor screenings run from a car, using an inverter, a DVD player and an FM transmitter. Looks like its a growing movement. They just pull up to a blank wall, connect the inverter to the battery and let it go.

In the Manifesto , the "driver" tells all about the equipment used and why it works well.

I'm sure all of you legitimate drive-in owners will enjoy this sentence about how to obtain product:

quote:
I personally have had the best luck contacting the studios directly. They are usually so excited by the idea, that they approve it for a limited audience without charging any fees.
