I found one (at least a parts list and wiring diagram), I called Cretors and they said they were going to fax it to me but they never did, this happend twice. [Mad]

You'd probably have better luck asking them to snail-mail it to you. Some companies are not happy about faxing via long-distance; and some fax machines don't get along too well with others.

Or ask them if they have a pdf version of it somewhere on the Net.

While you're talking to them, tell them if they will send pdf or paper copies of their manuals to Film-Tech that we will be happy to host them free of charge.

I've been trying for over a year-and-a-half to get a manual for a Cretor's Goldrush (6 oz kettle) for a local church group. Cretor's keeps giving me the brush off. I never did get one for the Goldrush model. The last time I got a manual for one of the Diplomat (20 oz kettle) poppers about 3 or 4 years ago, they charged me $20 for it. Cretors seems to be pretty touchy on giving out manuals.
