At our Regal 10-plex we have a general manager, a lead assistant and five other assistants. Both the positions and the wages depend on what the GM can get the DM to agree to. We have one assistant (me) and the GM on salary. Everyone else is on an hourly wage. I believe the top hourly wage for an assistant at our place right now is just under $10 an hour, but even that depends on what the DM agrees to and it could be raised. Generally I believe it depends on the local GM and the revenue of that house.

At my 13 plex we have my GM, his first assistant, HR manager, and a booth manager. Salaried managers technically are higher ranking than hourly, but the jobs are essentially the same. I dont know what a salaried manager makes but hourly usually starts around $8 or so.
