Both the positions and the wages depend on what the GM can get the DM to agree to. We have one assistant (me) and the GM on salary. Everyone else is on an hourly wage. I believe the top hourly wage for an assistant at our place right now is just under $10 an hour, but even that depends on what the DM agrees to and it could be raised. Salaried managers technically are higher ranking than hourly, but the jobs are essentially the same. I dont know what a salaried manager makes but hourly usually starts around $8 or so.  |  IP: Logged
