For a short time there is a slide show of the ongoing restoration of the Granada Theatre. http://www.bakersfield.com/media/slideshows/granada/
This slide show has a sound track of some narration and the pipe organ. There are pictures of the snack bar, lobby, auditoriun, pipe organ and the projection booth. This slide show is presented by The Bakersfield Californian newspaper...Jim Spohn

True - excellent work with this small theatre! Great pict of the booth with those Ashcrafts, Simplex E-7's with Motiograph magnetic penthouses, et.al. Is the soundhead an RCA..couldn't really tell at the photographer's angle..

Were all of those American Standard chairs reupholstered and restored in the place?

It's real great to see someone who loves to restore Americana like this in this day and age.

Good luck as always - Monte
