We recently purchased a new Cretors 32oz Diplomat and are in posession of a manual. Is there a particular section or topic you are interested in? If so, and you have a fax number, we could probably fax you the necessary pages.

Interestingly, I went on the Cretors site and while they don't have manuals posted, there is link labeled Intranet, which takes you to this URL:
http://67.100.164.26/Parts/welcome.asp

which includes the following language:
This is a restricted site only available to Cretors distributors and select customers.
You must have an assigned customer number, User ID and Password to access this site.
These are assigned by Cretors Customer Service.

All diagrams and written material are the exclusive and registered property of C Cretors & Co. and are limited to the use of Cretors business partners, customers and owners of Cretors equipment. It is intended for assisting in the repair, maintenance and operation of exsisting Cretors equipment. None of the material on this site may be copied or reproduced without the express permission of C Cretors & Co. By logging into this site you agree to the above usage.

Maybe you are a "select customer" if so, you can probably get a log-in by contacting Cretors Customer service.

If you are interested in us faxing you something, please contact me via info@rialtocinemas.com

I, too, have a Cretors 32oz Diplomat but am without a manual. Does anyone have a schematic in your Diplomat service manual that you could fax me?

I am having an electrician friend rewire an area to install the popper and he is concerned that it needs 3-phase service, since he has no experience with the 4-pronged plug (that came on the popper) and the matching outlet (that I bought at a hardware store for him to install). I told him that I believed it was single phase 220v with a 110v service intertwined for the lamp inside the popper cabinet? I am no electrician, however...can anyone advise? Thanks. (The plug has 4 meat-cleaver-looking prongs, one of which has a bend inward...something to do with, perhaps, locking it in the outlet?)

Just contact Cretors....or maybe the sales person who sold you the machine - or the company that sells the machine. I am sure (with a nominal fee) they should be happy to supply you with a manual.
